First, the safety operation fundamentally pay attention to matters

1. Please wear work clothes, safety shoes, work caps and protective glasses when working. Pay attention to: Do not wear gloves to operate the machine;

2. Be careful not to move or damage the warning sign installed on the machine tool;

3. Be careful not to place obstacles around the machine tool, and the working space should be large enough;

4. When an operation is completed by two or more people, attention should be paid to mutual coordination;

5. Do not use compressed air to clean machine tools, electrical cabinets and NC units.

Second, the preparation work before the operation

l, before the start of the machine tool work, there must be preheating, carefully check whether the smooth system operation is normal, such as the machine does not start for a long time, you can first use the manual method to supply oil to each part;

2. The used tool should conform to the standard agreed by the machine tool, and the tool with serious damage should be replaced in time;

3. The tools used to adjust the tool should not be forgotten in the machine tool;

4. Whether the center hole of the large-size shaft parts is suitable, the center hole is too small, and the operation is prone to danger;

5. After the tool is installed, one or two test cuts should be performed.

6. Check the condition of the chuck clamping operation;

7. Before the machine is started, the machine protection door must be closed.

Third, the safety of the operation process

l. It is forbidden to touch the tip and iron filings with your hands. Iron scraps must be finished with iron hooks or brush.

2. It is forbidden to touch the rotating spindle, workpiece or other moving parts by hand or by any other method;

3. It is forbidden to measure and change the speed during the processing, and it is not possible to wipe the workpiece with cotton thread or clean the machine tool;

4. During the lathe work, the operator must not leave the post, and the machine will immediately stop when it finds an abnormal phenomenon;

5, often check the bearing temperature, when too high should look for the relevant personnel to view;

6. In the process of processing, it is not allowed to open the protective door of the machine tool;

7. Strictly abide by the post responsibility system. Machine tools are used by special personnel, and others must use their own consent;

8. When the workpiece extends beyond the lathe 100mm, the shield must be placed in the extended position.

4. Matters needing attention after the completion of the operation

l, remove chips, wipe the machine, use the machine and the environment to keep clean;

2. Pay attention to the inspection or replacement of the oil inspection board on the machine tool rail damaged by the grinding;

3. Check the condition of smooth oil and coolant, and increase or replace them in time;

4. Turn off the power and main power on the machine's operation panel in turn.
